Horses Unlimited is one of the premier sport horse
breeding and
training facilities in the United States. Headquartered in the
heart of the Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Horses
Unlimited's mission is to produce modern sport horses with great
temperaments, athletic ability, superior movement and jumping
ability. In addition to the eight or more international
stallions available for breeding, Horses Unlimited regularly has
20 or more horses for sale, from weanlings to horses with show
records.
To ensure that the horses produced receive the best care, Horses
Unlimited's CEO, Anne Sparks Whitten, searches for professionals
with the highest qualifications. This includes veterinarians,
grooms, nutritionists, riders and trainers. A specialized, safe
young horse program has been developed for the farm resulting in
youngsters with proper muscle and mental development, without
stress and strain.

The farm also partners with top international riders for
clinics, shows, and training of future international
stars. These riders include Olympic Gold Medalist Joe Fargis,
International Grand Prix Show Jumper Henrik Gundersen, and
International Dressage Rider Mikala Gundersen.
To produce the future generations of international stars, Anne
Sparks Whitten has extensively researched European bloodlines
and has found several European mentors to illuminate traits and
details that cannot be found in books. In addition to top
stallions, such as German stallion performance test winner Wild
Dance, Horses Unlimited maintains a
broodmare band of the highest caliber. These imported mares
feature the blood of Rohdiamont, Weltmeyer, Lord, Sandro Hit,
Florestan, Contender and more.
Each year, the Horses Unlimited program produces numerous
premium and inspection champion foals that go on to become
performance stars.
Rancho de los Sueños is located in Albuquerque's south
valley. It was built from the ground up, designed with the horse
and rider in mind. Our main barn has 18 stalls with great
ventilation and loads of shavings! We have a separate building
for vet services, including breeding. There are over 30 acres of
irrigated pastures where the young horses and broodmares can
graze in the warm months.
Each year we host a variety of inspections for several warmblood
organizations, including the American Hanoverian Society,
ISR/OLD and the RPSI. We also regularly schedule clinics with
top riders that are open to outside horses and riders.
